RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have 7 DAYS NO QUESTION ASKED RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY from the date of PURCHASE.
Return/exchange is allowed only once per order.
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return/exchange.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.

You may choose to exchange the purchased item for the reason of size mismatch or in case you wish to buy some other item only once per order.
However, if the desired size or item is not available at that moment, the amount would be refunded in form of “Coupon code/ Discount Coupon/ Credits” which could be used in the future within a time span of 3 months from the date of issue.

Cancellation is allowed only if the product is not shipped from our end.
We usually ship within 24 hours after receiving the order.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

We try and deliver our products within 7 to 10 working days.
You can track your package through our partnering courier company in case of any delay.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible.
However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobiles resolution varies, there might be 15-20% of color variation as compared to the actual product.
